When you access or use the Assessment, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including:

The Assessment is a free tool that also supports BRDGIT's consulting and business-development activities.

Contact and Assessment information may be used to help BRDGIT understand your organization's AI readiness, identify potential opportunities, and determine whether BRDGIT services may be relevant.

• Your Assessment results.
• Your report or recommendations.

• Potentially relevant BRDGIT services.

Completing the Assessment does not require you or your organization to purchase any BRDGIT service.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Assessment and lead information is stored in BRDGIT's proprietary BaseApp backend system, which is hosted using DigitalOcean infrastructure.

BRDGIT uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No online system or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use service providers and technology partners to operate, analyze, secure, and improve the Assessment.

These providers may process information on BRDGIT's behalf only as reasonably necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law.

5.1 DigitalOcean

We use DigitalOcean infrastructure to host systems used by our proprietary BaseApp backend and the Assessment.

5.2 HubSpot

Lead and contact information collected through the Assessment is automatically transferred to HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform.

This information may be used by BRDGIT for business-development, consulting, relationship-management, and follow-up purposes.

5.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users access and interact with the Assessment.

Google Analytics may collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including device, browser, session, interaction, and usage information.

5.4 PostHog

We use PostHog for product analytics and to understand how users interact with the Assessment.

PostHog may collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including session and interaction information.

5.5 Sentry

We use Sentry for application monitoring, error reporting, diagnostics, reliability, and performance monitoring.

Sentry may receive technical information associated with errors or system activity, such as browser, device, IP address, session, and diagnostic information.

5.6 Anthropic

We use Anthropic artificial intelligence technology in connection with certain Assessment functionality.

Information sent to Anthropic may include:

• Your full name.
• Your company name.
• Your job title.
• Other Assessment information required to generate or personalize Assessment-related output.

BRDGIT does not use individual Assessment data to train or improve Anthropic's models or other third-party artificial intelligence models.

The Assessment may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, predefined scoring methodologies, or a combination of these technologies to generate or personalize Assessment results and related content.

Information may be processed by artificial intelligence systems to:

• Generate or explain Assessment results.
• Personalize recommendations.
• Summarize Assessment information.
• Generate portions of Assessment reports.

BRDGIT does not permit individual Assessment information to be used by third-party AI providers for the purpose of training or improving their general-purpose models.

The Assessment uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, analyze usage, understand user behavior, maintain security, and improve the Assessment.

BRDGIT will not intentionally identify you or your organization in publicly distributed aggregated or de-identified information without your permission.

BRDGIT may disclose information in the following circumstances:

10.2 Parent Company

Information may be shared with authorized personnel of The SilverLogic, Inc., BRDGIT LLC's parent company, when reasonably necessary to support BRDGIT's operations, technology, security, consulting, administration, or business activities.

10.3 Professional Advisors

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, auditors, and other professional advisors when reasonably necessary.

Certain U.S. state privacy laws may define terms such as "sale" or "sharing" more broadly than their ordinary meaning. Where such laws apply to BRDGIT and provide you with specific rights concerning these activities, BRDGIT will honor those rights as required by applicable law.

BRDGIT currently retains individual Assessment responses, results, and associated records indefinitely unless they are deleted by BRDGIT or deletion is required under applicable law.

We may also retain contact, analytics, technical, security, and business records for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• Operating and improving the Assessment.
• Internal analytics and benchmarking.
• Business-development and consulting purposes.
• Maintaining business records.
• Resolving disputes.
• Preventing fraud or abuse.
• Enforcing agreements.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable state privacy law applies to BRDGIT, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

The Assessment is intended for business professionals who are at least 18 years old.

The Assessment is not directed to children, and BRDGIT does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Assessment.

The Assessment is intended for and made available only to users located in the United States.

The Assessment is not offered to individuals located in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States.

If we determine that a participant is accessing the Assessment from a location where it is not offered, we may restrict or terminate access.

The Assessment may contain links to third-party websites or services, including scheduling, social media, or other online services.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information to them.

BRDGIT may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, services, or legal requirements.
